Dr. Rob Hoffman is a senior member in the health care community, a "doctor's doctor," treating and counseling many medical and mental health providers and other high functioning professionals and their families, as well as people from all walks of life and across the United States, for problems ranging from life issues to serious mental and medical illnesses.

His work experience ranges from family practice and emergency medicine to psychiatry, including psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, forensic evaluation/consultation and expert witness testimony, and to script consultation and technical advising to the television industry, as well as teaching to medical students, residents and colleagues. Dr. Hoffman has been on the UCLA faculty for more than thirty years and has been a visiting professor in England. He has authored and coauthored numerous book chapters and journal articles and lectured extensively in the US and abroad.
